Page Personnel are recruiting for a Senior Commercial Analyst on behalf of a highly successful retail business based in Bolton.
The purpose of this role is to produce and take ownership of the UK retail P&L, key metrics & commentary. The role will be working closely with the wider commercial team & stakeholders.

Description
Senior Commercial Analyst duties include:
- Owning the production, development and distribution of the wider UK retail P&L, key metric & commentary. Working closely with the wider commercial team to understand key drivers of revenue & profitability.
- Provide insightful reporting to senior stakeholders across all metrics as required.
- Drive improvement throughout the P&L, challenging key metrics & identifying areas of opportunity.
- Build forecasting models to demonstrate our current performance and expected future value.
- Use third part data to analyse market share and areas of over/under performance.
- Educate, support and police the business in pursuit of all relevant sales and profitability metrics.
- Adding full commercial control to all decisions in your area, considering the P&L contribution impact of your actions.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be part qualified with ACA / ACCA / CIMA or QBE
- Have a proven track record in a similar role
- Have excellent MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel
- Be confident in challenging decisions and making recommendations
- Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
Job Offer
A salary up to £45,000, study support, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), enhanced pension, subsidised gym & more.
