Job description
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to help run the end to end payroll within a busy company consisting of national multi-branch network. This is a full time role within a busy office consisting of different departments.
Your role:
End to end payroll processing.
Processing of starters information, setting-up onto Payroll systems (P46/P45)
Processing leavers and updating employee’s information SSP/SMP
Communicate effectively and efficiently to customer internal/external: HMRC and staff enquiries concerning payroll; and pension via letters, E-mails & telephone.
Data entry on Microsoft Excel for imports onto system.
Have understanding/experience of TUPE regulations other areas of HR
What you'll need to succeed:
You will have experience within the above duties, be available within a month or so, as well as having 1-2 years of full end to end payroll processing experience (Payroll Administrator role).
Have experience with SAGE Payroll/Xero Payroll Systems
