Senior Medical Excellence & Operations Manager

About This Job:
This is a new position that will support our affiliates in Developed Markets (Nordics, Benelux, Greece, Poland etc).
As the Senior Medical Excellence and Operations Manager, you will lead and be responsible for operational efforts to drive annual and longer-term medical planning alongside the execution of Medical Affairs (MA) activities and deliverables.
You will contribute to the establishment of an operational framework that ensures adequate oversight of the execution of MA activities such as Core Medical Planning tactics, Grants, investigator-sponsored research, change management activities, and ensuring SOPs are followed.
Your remit will also provide both communication and management tools that meet the needs of the MA function and stakeholders and ensure efficient collaboration from Regional to local for MA.
