Chef Manager- Primary School - Sunbury-On-Thames

Contract type: Permanent
Salary: £25000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 - 3.30 - 39 weeks per year
Start: ASAP pending DBS (paid for by the school)
Covers: 300
As a Chef Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and serving the kind of food that brightens their customers' days, all within the market-leading food service company in the UK. You'll run the kitchen and have 3 x catering assistants who will also potwash and help with basic food prep.
Main Responsibilities:
* Preparing delicious, high-quality food
* Overseeing and implementing menu changes
* Identifying opportunities to improve their food services
* Listening and acting on customer feedback
* Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
* Monitoring inventories to keep the kitchens well-stocked
* Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
* Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and safety regulations
