As a service administrator, you can happily manage customer calls and coordinate engineers.

Joining an existing team of service administrators, you will be handling calls and emails from existing customers, answering their queries and coordinating service engineers. 

As a service administrator scheduling, and updating the CRM, and client liaison will be your main responsibilities. You will be the customer's go-to person and someone the scheduling team can rely on. In return, you will be valued and can expect a happy, inclusive environment.


It's 100% office-based because it works well for the team and, let's face it, you'll be learning quite a bit to start and being with your teammates is the best way to understand the role.


There's free parking and great train links. 

 
Hours are 8 am to 5 pm (with an hour for lunch)  Monday – Friday. Even an opportunity to bring your dog into the office if that's your vibe!
