Real Estate Litigation Solicitor/Associate - International firm - Birmingham - 1-4 PQE
Highly regarded international commercial law firm is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor to join its tier 1 ranked team in Birmingham. This Real Estate Litigation Solicitor opportunity is offered on a full or part-time (4 days a week), permanent basis with flexible working options accommodated and hybrid working as standard.
The Role
As a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor in this team, you would:
- Have the opportunity to join a top ranked team that provides advice and support on the full range of commercial property litigation matters.
- Advise owners, developers, investors, management companies, end users and others in the development process.
- Be involved in a wide range of matters from asset management of nationwide portfolios to high profile court battles over iconic developments.
- Work on your own caseload under the supervision of senior members of the team.
- Be involved in business development activities.
About You
To be successful in your application for this Real Estate Litigation Solicitor vacancy, you will have:
- An excellent academic background.
- Completed a property litigation seat and ideally have post qualification experience in property litigation or be able to demonstrate a keen interest in moving in to this area.
- Good communication skills.
- A good teamwork ethic.
- Be able to demonstrate initiative.
- Strong technical skills.
