Our English training school in Zhuhai is now seeking qualified, enthusiastic teachers to teach young learners aged between 4 to 17 years old. Ideal candidates will have effective teaching skills as well as a great passion for teaching kids. We offer an intensive, immersion experience with classes and activities to our young learner students.
We are a high-end international English education brand. Founded in September 2013, we focus on providing our students with an immersive English environment. We put a lot of effort into enhancing Chinese student’s critical thinking competence, innovative thinking and teamwork skills. Our curriculum centers on the “Super Minds” & “Oxford Phonics World” textbooks, but teachers are still given plenty of freedom to add their ideas and creativity to the lesson plans.

Zhuhai, a major city in the Pearl River Delta, one of the nation’s economically faster-growing regions, it is a garden city, and is regarded by some as the most romantic city in China, with clean air and beautiful scenery.
With more than 100 islands, Zhuhai is famous for its hot springs and golf clubs. Zhuhai has many attractions worthy of visiting, including the Zhuhai Fisher Girl Statue, New Yuanmingyuan Garden, Pearl Land Amusement Park, Jiuzhou City, Meixi Royal Stone Archways, Huangyang Mountain and Baiteng Lake. Zhuhai has a humid subtropical climate, hot and humid in summer and dry in winter. Zhuhai is only one hour away from Shenzhen and Hong Kong by high-speed ferry. Macau is close by and Guangzhou is a two-hour bus ride away.
-Maximum of 25 teaching hours per week (no admin hours)
-Attend teacher’s meeting once a week
-Class sizes: 4 to 15 students
-Student ages: 4 to 17 years old
-5 working days per week
-Counseling students by providing constructive feedback
-Cooperate with Chinese staff to ensure the constructive communication and efficient operation of the centre
-Lesson planning, creating course outlines
-Deliver classes in a professional and creative way
-Attend centre social events
-Highly competitive salary: 17,000 to 22,000 RMB per month for experienced teachers
-15,000 to 18,000 RMB per month for teachers with no experience
-Flight reimbursement on contract completion: 9,000 RMB
-Assistance provided with apartment search (free accommodation provided for the first month)

-Bachelor’s degree or above required
-Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Ireland
-TEFL certificate with 120 hours above OR 2 years teaching experience required (No TEFL? We recommend INTESOL )
-Plenty of passion and commitment to teaching
-Formal training or classroom experience in teaching language skills in an English environment preferred
-Non-criminal record certificate
