Job description

Incorez Ltd is a leading manufacturer of specialist resins and polymers - excelling in the development of high performance, low hazard materials, particularly waterborne and high solids systems.

Incorez is also a global leader in oxazolidine chemistry, manufacturing a diverse range of products marketed under the Incozol umbrella. The Incozol range has been widely adopted in polyurethane coatings, as well as PU sealants. In addition, the company is a global partner in waterborne, low hazard technology, manufacturing a wide range of waterborne PU dispersions and a range of waterborne epoxy curing agents. These materials, marketed under the Incorez brand, are used extensively in high performance coatings across a broad spectrum of applications.

Sales team are organised around a worldwide distribution network. Following successful sales growth over the past year through rapidly expanding global customer base, we are opening a new Sales Manager position who will be responsible for the sales development in North America and later in the Latin American region.

Reporting to the head of Sales, the main responsibility of the role will be to review and set up of the new business has led to the appointment of a new distribution network in USA and Canada requiring management. Further agents will be added in the coming years as Latin America will be added as part of our current 5 year strategic plan to grow.

The Americas Sales Manager will develop Sales in this region, commercially but also technically (with support from the application team or R&D). The position imply regular travelling to North America to visit customers with the distributors, exhibition, fairs…etc

The Opportunity:

Achieve annual sales targets in sales /material margin /Ebit for Incorez external sales in the Americas sales region of USA, Canada, Central and Latin America

Develop new business and maintain the existing one via technical and application support, problem solving and best practice demonstration of Incorez new and existing products.

Travel to provide support for distributors and develop customer relationships. Management and motivation of distributors in Americas region. Attend relevant industry exhibition

Incorez sales team has a unique balance between technical knowledge (we are all chemists) and sales experience from different horizon. We are supporting each other through the various projects and challenge of today’s market is offering. Sales team experience is also supported by a dedicated application team (integrated to the sales team), Marketing manager and R&D.

Your supporting role to America will make you an expert in impactful presentation to educate and convince end customers of the technical benefits of our products. Meanwhile you will learn to influence local distributor to focus on Incorez as a main commercial partner.
