An expanding business based on the outskirts of Chertsey is seeking a Pricing Administrator to work within their commercial division. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines.

Pricing Administrator – About The Role
You will be responsible for administrative tasks within the commercial department, in particular supporting the team and wider business with pricing administration. You will ensure that queries from stakeholders are sent to the correct member of the team and dealt with in a timely fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and review the pricing documentation according to market specific regulations
- Maintain documents and records across areas of responsibility such that the company is in a permanent state of inspection readiness
- Perform any reasonable value-added activities that support the company’s and department’s needs
- Maintain department dashboard and update accordingly
- Carry out any updates on databases (Internal and external) as required
- Collate information from various sources to produce various documentation
- File and maintain files/folder on company shared resource
- File documentation in line with quality standards/best practice
- Maintain and update customer price files
The successful Pricing Administrator will have/be:
- Previous pricing experiencing would be beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work effectively under pressure of time
- Possess a business-oriented mindset with innovative approach to strategic thinking
- Strong agile thinker and problem solver who can work through complex issues
- Results orientated and accountable for actions
