IQVIA, a leader in nurse programs for over 30 years, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered General Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Advisor. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting various patient services and healthcare professionals across diverse clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities may include:

• Conducting intravenous infusions, phlebotomy, cannulation and venepuncture through clinical (community and secondary care) and home visits
• Providing education and training on specific treatments, particularly around a preloaded syringe device
• Performing clinical audits
• Potential involvement in clinics in Dundee, including patient assessment, infusion preparation, and monitoring
• Managing patient follow-ups, including monthly visits for blood collection
• Collaborating with major pharmaceutical companies and the NHS on diverse disease areas

Requirements:

• Registered General Nurse with post-registration experience
• Education and training experience (advantageous)
• Proficiency in phlebotomy, cannulation, and administration of intravenous infusions
• Respiratory and ophthalmology experience (desirable)
• Ability to manage workload independently, meeting deadlines effectively
• Excellent communication skills in face-to-face and virtual interactions
• Flexibility for travel with a full driving license

This is a dynamic and autonomous role with regular travel. Whilst this is a Monday to Friday role, we are looking for someone who is flexible with a can-do attitude as some days may be shorter and some longer.
