Job description

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to play a pivotal part in the growth stages of a B2B SaaS business that facilitates digital transformation allowing their customers to modernise their management experiences and streamline processes. This business is at the forefront of bringing the real estate sector into the digital age. We are looking to hire an experienced Solutions Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team. You will work closely with Onboarding, Product & Sales teams to deliver tailored software solutions for customers. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for the configuration of customer environments, you will be able to demonstrate and articulate the features of products best suited for the customer. You will be required to contribute to meetings to identify the best solutions to a customer’s requirements.   You will be required to identify opportunities that can’t be addressed with our current tools/systems, creating solution proposals, whilst validating ideas. You will be the closest team to the customer and be best placed to aid our product team in making company products succeed with real customers. Requirements:

• 3+ years in a technical solution role or similar
• Programming experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with Advanced Excel, SQL, and understanding database concepts
• Understanding of mathematical and financial/accounting concepts
• Solid experience in SaaS technology or experience working on customisable technology products
• Exposure configuring API integrations
• Previous experience working in B2B environments
