About the role:
Overall responsibility for the application management of the assigned Marketing and Sales applications, meaning the application meets the business requirements, new requirements are build / configured as by design, costs are within the agreed budget, platform remain stable and secure by patching & upgrading on-time, the application release process is followed and aligned to the company’s security and controls standards and that defects and incidents reported are resolved within the agreed SLA.
Working with internal and external Suppliers in Marketing and Sales applications area to liaise on projects and monitor performance against SLA’s
The second key aspect of this role is being a software delivery manager for all types of projects (build and configuration, large, complex to small) in the Marketing & Sales program and application suite. This includes the management of delivering quality solutions to the agreed design, budget, and timelines; coordinating across related workstreams and projects; managing stakeholders as well as risks and issues and providing agreed reporting.
