Senior Corporate Associate

£100,000 - £150,000 (20% Tax)
Our client is one of the most prestigious offshore law firms with an international brand and luxury client base. The firm is widely known for its coverage of the corporate, finance, funds and disputes space, and they are hugely robust and successful in these areas. An experienced corporate lawyer is now wanted for a career developing opportunity in the talented corporate group, based on the picturesque island of Guernsey.
Managing large and high-profile transactions, the successful candidate will move into a fluid team that is well-rounded and knowledgeable in broad corporate matters, including M&A and funds work. This is a senior role so the team is looking for someone who can act as Senior Associate or Legal Counsel to support the main partner, therefore offering development and the opportunity to take advantage and build upon, the teams already strong clients; this really is that 'next step'. Applications are invited from corporate solicitors with at least 6 years PQE who have a stellar academic profile and a strong private practice background. This role is open to lawyers who have qualified in the UK, Australia or New Zealand, or any other common law jurisdiction. An exciting opportunity for a senior-level corporate solicitor to take their career in a different direction offshore.
