Job description
Tes is supporting the appointment of a SEN Tutor to join an agency based in Staines.
The agency is urgently seeking a SEN tutor with SEN / ASC experience and good availability.
The role
The Education’s tuition agency (an employment business) seeks an experienced SEN Tutor with excellent written and spoken English who can tutor communication & life skills, literacy and numeracy and has experience working with students with ASC. Tutors must be available to tutor in-person in Staines for 15 hours per week.
Successful candidates will be provided with further information and guidelines on the agency Approach and relevant training for working with SEN students.

Key qualifications
All candidates must have the right to work in the UK and a current Enhanced DBS certificate (with a check of the children’s barred list) before commencing any tutoring assignments (they can apply on behalf of a candidate if not currently held). Candidates must also provide 2 relevant professional references and a parent reference. Candidates who have lived / worked overseas in the last 5 years will also need to provide certain overseas checks, including a police certificate.
