Job description
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide leadership and a corporate framework,including the 'property big 6' risk areas.
- Fulfil the role of Health and Safety Lead, as described within the Social Housing Regulation Bill.
- Provide oversight of the effective operation of directorate Health and Safety Forums and the Fire Safety Forum.
- Advise on training requirements and ensuring that current training programmes remain relevant and up to date across the business.
- Lead in the development of a Health and Safety culture across the association.
- Drafting of effective policies, procedures, reports, systems and training.
