Job description
As the Boutique Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the retail presence of Raishma, transitioning our predominantly online business into a world-class brick-and-mortar experience. Your responsibilities will span business development, event management, exceptional customer care, visual merchandising, and ensuring a seamless understanding of fit and alterations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Leverage your existing black book and cultivate new relationships to drive business growth.
- Identify and explore strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance the brand's presence
Events Management:
- Plan and execute captivating events, including fashion shows and trunk shows, to engage and attract our exclusive clientele
Exceptional Customer Care:
- Uphold a standard of exceptional customer service, ensuring each client receives a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with promptness and professionalism.
Visual Merchandising:
- Oversee the visual presentation of our exquisite collections, collaborating with the design team to create stunning displays.
Fit and Alterations Expertise
- Utilize your understanding of fit and alterations to assist clients in finding the perfect ensemble.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to address fit-related considerations.
