Administrative Assistant

Do you have sound experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Coordinator, and looking for your next challenge?

Are you self-motivated and organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels?

If so, you’ve got the skills to be considered for our Administrative Assistant position. We call it a Service and Support
Coordinator:

The Job:

* Job title: Service and Support Coordinator.
* Hours: 15 hours a week, flexible, ideally 3 hours per day Monday-Friday.
* Salary: £25,350 p.a. FTE (£10,140 p.a. actual)
* Location: You will mostly be working from home, but you will also be able to access our friendly and welcoming Send office.

As Service and Support Coordinator, you will work alongside our Service team in Surrey, who provide clean, hygienic and safe
environments for the local council. Your role will be to ensure that all the behind-the-scenes work is done smoothly and
efficiently.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve things like gathering and organising information needed for client meetings, such as key
performance indicators (KPIs) and audit data.

In addition, you could also be involved in maintaining our hygiene audit schedule, making sure all audits are completed on time
and accurately recorded. This will involve tracking progress, following up with team members as needed, and flagging any areas of
concern for further review.
