Job description

As the market begins to shift in a direction of growth, we are supporting a range of small to medium sized Estate agents across Sussex.

Property Manager

• Managing a portfolio of around 60 properties - these are mis of student accommodation and private hire.
• Coordinating repairs and property improvements. This involves dealing with contractors at short notice.
• Keeping accurate property records and updating the company CRM.
• Ensure all landlords are compliant with legislation.
• Maintaining all property compliance certificates.
• Conducting new viewings on properties, check-ins, inspections, and end of tenant checks.
• Dealing with enquiries from landlords and tenants.

Block Manager

For this role you will be doing many of the duties involved with the property manager role above, but we would expect you to hold or be studying towards IRPM qualifications. IF you have property management experience and wish to join the block manager team, we can support you through this qualification. You would be joining a team of property managers and portfolio will consist of blocks within Brighton & Hove as well as the surrounding areas.

Lettings Manager

As well as managing an existing portfolio of properties you would be expected to bring in new business, by answering email and website requires and negotiating on new rates.

Other duties include:

• Carry out Market Appraisals.
• Take enquiries and carry out viewings.
• Liaise with clients and tenants.
• Complete all tenancy documentation and checks.
• Issue rent renewals.
