Your new company
My client is a leading food manufacturing company who are looking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager and working within a small team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the employee cycle for approx 700 employees, from advising on recruitment, training, learning and development, all aspects of ER including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management, and producing monthly HR reports.

What you\'ll need to succeed

• CIPD qualified - or studying towards
• Experience of unionised manufacturing site within a food environment
• People management skills
• Planned and organised
• Resilient
