Responsibilities
Once you get to know our product, your core responsibilities will be:
- Driving growth by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities and training partnerships.
- Surpassing targets and serving as the driving force behind the success of the business.
- Collaborating with existing training partners to enhance awareness and provide exceptional customer support.
- Sourcing new business opportunities and partnerships, organising potential sales leads, and actively following up through various channels including visits, phone calls, webinars, emails, and social media.
- Collaborating with the UK Country Manager on sales and training activities, including visits, phone calls, emails, trade shows, tie-ins, and dynamic training sessions.
- Working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective business strategies.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities that keep us ahead of the competition.
- Representing the company with pride as an ambassador at industry events and conferences.
- This individual will be assisting the UK Country Manager with a new area of growth for the business.

Requirements
- Previous experience within a sales role.
- Demonstrate the ability to enhance sales performance and achieve targets effectively.
- Proven track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Exceptional customer support skills, committed to delivering outstanding service to clients.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to foster meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Capability to collaborate with current training partners to expand awareness and drive growth.
- Team-oriented mindset, capable of collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using own initiative to research and pinpoint new market trends.

- Annual increase (inflation plus)
- 37.5 hour week, working Mondays to Fridays (flexi time)
