Regional Sales Manager
£excellent with bonus, company car & benefits  

You will manage a focused high calibre team of Ruminant Nutritionists and Business Developments Managers across Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset, and Hampshire. Providing a solution-based sales service to our farming customers, members, and farmer shareholders. 

Working as part of a Senior Feed Team, reporting to the Head of Sales, you will lead with a key focus on delivering our sales and organisational objectives, ensuring our people are well led, supported, performance managed, developed and engaged in our Values. Sales Leadership experience gained within the Agri Sector, you are a commercially driven focussed individual with a passion for delivering results. 

Our positions are supported with a thorough induction and training plan, whilst benefiting from a range of benefits to include: Company car (extensive list of Electric and hybrid) up to 25% staff discount, pension, 33 days holiday (inc BH) and pension.
