Remuneration: From £15.50 per hour depending on experience

Description: Part Time/Full-time PRIVATE Nurse required 5 days per week in a busy, well established, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED Private practice in Guernsey.
•    From £15.50 per hour depending on experience
•    Tax 20%
•    20 Days Annual Leave with additional 3 days paid over Xmas and New Year
•    Fully computerised surgeries, digital x-rays, OPG, CBCT scanner, Rotary Endo
•    Full support team with in House Practice Manager
•    GDC and Indemnity paid
•    Free Parking  
•    Available Now
•    Start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
