£11.44.per hour
About the service user
Support required for a happy 5 year old boy with Autism, he is non verbal but manages communication well by hand leading, pointing/showing and body language.He enjoys being outside particularly the swings in the park, he loves music and sensory activities.
Hours and rate of Pay
£11.44 per hour – 62 hours available for use mainly in the school holidays and occasional weekends.Enhanced DBS clearance is required
What you would be doing
You will be an extra pair of hands, accompanying mum or dad to when accessing the community.Supporting to learn independence skills, boosting confidence in social situations and building friendships.The person I would likeYou will have experience of supporting others with Autism or additional needs.Someone who is reliable, patient and understanding and willing to offer intensive interaction in order to encourage and improve skills.
