Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

£38,000 per annum plus call out

Static role in Birmingham for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, to join our facilities management client. This role has some fantastic benefits including:

This role is working 8am – 4pm, with the requirement to work one weekend out of 5 (2 days off the following week of your choice). Call out if 1 week in 5, with standby payment on top of salary. 

Main duties include:

• Pre planned and reactive maintenance on building services plant including Air Handling Units, Fan Coil, Units, Pumps. Hot Water Systems
• Working alongside other site based engineers and assisting them where possible
• To ensure work is carried out in line with contractual KPI’s and SLA’s

You’ll be an experienced maintenance engineer, ideally with a formal qualification (City and Guilds or NVQ) in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering. With previous experience in a commercial environment.
