£40,000 +

Leading regional law firm has a vacancy for a private client solicitor to join their busy department.

Based in Sussex, you will work in a specialist team dealing with your own caseload and assisting the team with more complex matters, covering all aspects of private client including:

• Estate and Trust Administration
• Court of Protection and Administration of client's affairs
• Wills
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Drafting of estate and trust accounts

You will be involved in marketing and business development and will be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and interest in this.

You will be able to demonstrate good technical training in private client law and possess excellent communication and client care skills. In return, you will be given the chance to undertake high quality work with a well-respected and established firm.
