As a KS2 Class Teacher (ECT), you will play a pivotal role in nurturing young minds, inspiring a love for learning, and fostering academic excellence. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding teaching abilities, creativity, and a commitment to providing a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of KS2 students.
• Implement effective assessment strategies to track progress and support individual learning goals.
• Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents to promote a collaborative learning community.
• Contribute to the wider school ethos and participate in extracurricular activities and school events.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent – or due to qualify by September 2024.
• Recent experience working within KS2 and familiarity with the UK National Curriculum.
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to professional development and a willingness to contribute to the school’s continuous improvement.
