Job description

We have a great new opportunity for a Financial Controller to join a fund, corporate and fiduciary services provider based in Jersey.

The individual will be part of the internal accounting team reporting to the Finance Director and will be responsible for maintaining the financial records for all jurisdictions operate from and oversee the Luxembourg financial controller and the financial analyst that make up the team currently.

Day to day activities will include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain and control the nominal ledger for each of the internal entities in Jersey, Guernsey, UK and Luxembourg as well as any other jurisdictions may launch in.
• Run the sales ledger and generate sales invoices for each of the operating companies including maintaining the fee profiles within NavOne that agree to client agreements.
• Oversee the financial analyst in running of the purchase ledger for each operating entity.
• Oversee the financial analyst in reconciling the bank accounts.
• Deliver WIP reporting to enable the business to effectively manage its income and maximise revenue.
• Monitor aged debts and develop a relationship with the business to ensure debts are collected.
