We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge VOIP solutions, broadband and IT services to businesses. This role demands excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technology preferable, but not essential as full training will be provided on all platforms and services offered by our company..

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the products we offer.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products and services.
• Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client. Recommend tailored solutions that align with their business requirements.
• Create and maintain strong relationship with clients. Provide excellent customer service, address enquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Report to the manager on sales activities, progress, challenges and market feedback.
• Develop strategies to exceed sales goals.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of technology is preferred, but not essential.
• Effective time management.
• Resilience - Sales can be a challenging role and resilience in the face of setbacks or rejection is important for maintaining and pursuing goals.
• Working effectively with colleagues and independently.

The Employer is: NI TECHNOLOGY Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.# Wage: 16/17yrs £5.28, 18/20yrs £7.49, 21/22yrs £10.18, 23/24yrs £10.42 per hour.
