We are a prominent Mechanical Contractor, specializing in Ventilation systems. Our comprehensive services encompass Design, Engineering, Procurement & Manufacture, Installation, and Testing & Commissioning. Operating across Energy, Defence, Transport, Residential, and Commercial sectors.
Due to continuous growth, we are looking for Project Managers and Package Managers.
Who This Job Would Suit This role is ideal for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in managing large, complex, high value projects. You should also have experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) installation projects and NEC Contracts. The right candidate should thrive in a dynamic environment, ensuring the satisfaction of both the company and clients.
Key Responsibilities - Manage, control, and deliver large complex projects or multiple smaller projects simultaneously.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company health and safety requirements.
- Administer contracts in line with the company's scope and role.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and potential clients.
- Maximize project margins, control costs, and ensure adequate project staffing.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Package Manager
- Experience with NEC Contracts.
- Experience within an MEP industry / projects such as ducting, pipework, mechanical & electrical installations.
- Managing large, complex, high value projects.
- Eligibility for SC Clearance (UK Passport holder).
Location - Reading
Salary - circa £70k - £80k (dependent on experience)
