Job description

We have a new opportunity for a Band 4 Support Worker to join an NHS Mental Health team based in Waltham Forest.

This role is full time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

You must have previous experience working within an NHS Mental Health Team. You will be requried to travel between different sites so you will need to be a car driver with your own vehicle. You will be supporting service users to identifyu early signs of mental health relapse and alert appropriate staff involved in the person's care.
