Job description

We are actively recruiting for Mobile Environmental Enforcement Officers, Full Time positions which are 40 hours per week with a rolling rota in place to assist on weekend working to cover London and surrounding areas (North London, East London and Kent).

District Enforcement work in close partnership with many Local Authorities across the UK and are now looking for outstanding individuals to work as part of our growing team of Environmental Enforcement Officers.

Environmental Enforcement Officers are given designated powers whilst they carry out foot patrols across a geographical area, When witnessing offences such as Littering or Dog Fouling, are required to issue a Fixed Penalty Notice to the offender.

• You hold GCSEs in Mathematics and English (or equivalent NVQ)
• You are highly self-motivated
• You hold a full UK Driving Licence, Own vehicle is required but will be provided with a Fuel Card

Our Environmental Enforcement Officers must be able to carry out patrols on foot and be able to patrol in all weather conditions.

*Enforcement experience is essential*

Please note that all successful candidates will go through a DBS check prior to the commencement of employment and will also have to provide satisfactory references.

Full-time Salary: £37,440 – £41,600 per annum
