Project Coordinator / Administrator - 18 month FTC (salaried) - Mobile Telecoms - Berkshire
Main Purpose of Role
To deliver agreed performance objectives and proactively contribute to delivering broader MSP Clean team objectives. To manage all the administration / co-ordination aspects of all the financial, legal documentation and reporting relating to the current MSP providers.
Responsible for managing the end to process for all legal documentation e.g., facility charts (signature to AHOP) to ensure that Company meets its contractual obligation regarding the payment of rents, upgrades, and new sites.
Responsible for helping the various functions within the MSP Team, which will include supporting the QS area & Commercial area, such duties to include raising POs / updating the QS databases / providing reporting assistance / processing demand requests / tracking & seeking approval on rental uplifts and such other duties that align to general team support. In addition, the role holder will provide assistance with the co-ordination of the MSP Transition activities, both internally within Company and shareholders.
To continually seek more efficient and innovative ways of doing tasks to improve business performance. To support others with guidance and step in to provide active support where it will make a positive difference to the outcome. The role will not be limited to providing support on the legal documentation relating to the MSPs
Experience
The Ideal Candidate will be an experienced Administrator, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The role holder must demonstrate a level of commercial acumen to actively seek cost and efficiency savings using innovative thinking and creativity.
Skills/Knowledge
Excellent I.T. and database skill (MS Office, , MS Excel.)
Team working
Strong interpersonal skills and integrity.
