Location: Kensington, London (Hybrid Working: 2days per week onsite)
Experience Level: Mid-Level
Industry Experience: Hospitality experience is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
- Implement and maintain property management systems (PMS) and point of sale (POS) systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal end-users.
- Configure and maintain telephony systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance IT processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols and standards.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance optimizations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in IT engineering and operations.
- Strong database management skills.
- Experience with property management systems or point of sale systems is desirable.
- Telephony experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in network administration and cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
