Job description

Location: Kensington, London (Hybrid Working: 2days per week onsite)

Experience Level: Mid-Level

Industry Experience: Hospitality experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
2. Implement and maintain property management systems (PMS) and point of sale (POS) systems.
3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal end-users.
4. Configure and maintain telephony systems.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance IT processes and systems.
6. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols and standards.
7. Conduct regular system audits and performance optimizations.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Proven experience in IT engineering and operations.
2. Strong database management skills.
3. Experience with property management systems or point of sale systems is desirable.
4. Telephony experience is a plus.
5. Proficiency in network administration and cybersecurity principles.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
7. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
