Job description
PSR Solutions are looking for a experienced Technical Manager for our client based out of Basingstoke. As a Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our clients construction projects. You'll be responsible for overseeing technical aspects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving excellence in project execution.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
Technical Expertise:
Provide technical guidance to project teams.
Review designs, material selections, and installation methods.
Implement optimal construction practices.
Quality Assurance:
Develop and enforce quality control measures.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project flow.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate project records, including drawings, specifications, and compliance certificates.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies.
Drive innovation within the construction department.
Requirements:
Minimum level 2 in English, Mathematics and IT
Construction Management Degree ( Or equivalent)
10+ Years working on new build developments from inception to completion
UK Driving Licence
Excellent IT, Written & Verbal communication skills
Salary & Benefits:
£65,000 - £75,000
Bonus - 10% - 15%
Holiday - 25 days minus Christmas period
Car Allowance - £6,000
