Job Role: Cleaning Operative
Working Hours: 16 hours per week (flexibility required)
5 hours per week (overtime available) x1
Pay: £10.45 per hour
Location: Market Place Shopping Centre, Knowsley St, Bolton BL1 2AL
Reporting to: Guest Services Manager
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for an experienced Cleaning Operative to join our established team based at Market Place Shopping Centre.

Duties include:
Patrolling the centre, remaining vigilant at all times to ensure any litter is removed
Emptying of bins, ensuring recycled waste is disposed of correctly
Assisting with preventing any site accidents by clearing any spills within an efficient time, ensuring the safety of centre staff and the public
Remaining flexible to cover duties
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Acting as a first line support to customers and visitors to site, providing a professional and friendly service
Service Road duties as and when required
Understanding the needs of our customer, respond accordingly to customer queries and requests and take appropriate action
Maintaining professional conduct at all times
To succeed in this role, you will need to have/be:

Good verbal and written communication skills
Flexible to meet the job requirements
Reliable and punctual
High level of enthusiasm and passion
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
Experience of using a handheld device
