The Role

To be considered for this role, you must;

- ​

Hold a minimum Level 3 Childcare Qualification

- ​

Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and be able to deliver and support the three I's

- ​

Previous experience of caring for children under 3

- ​

Knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection

- ​

Be a team player as well as a leader

- ​

Good communication skills

- ​

Passion to deliver high quality exciting learning opportunities

- ​

Understand the importance of parent partnerships

​
