Fabricator / Welder

Salary - Up to £37,440 p/a

Location -  Newark - on - Trent 

Job Type -  Permanent 

Working Hours - 7:00am - 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)

There are two positions available with this brilliant company. They are looking for someone with previous fabrication experience who can join their team of experts. One role is in the workshop manufacturing the product and the second role is doing the installation and maintenance on the customer's site. Please see further details below about the general duties and essentials for both positions. 

Main duties and responsibilities of the Fabricator / Welder:

• Hands-on Stainless-steel welding and installing for onsite installations with your team of engineers
• Reporting to management about the progress of projects and site activity
• To be responsible for site work in terms of quality and productivity.
• Following environment and health & safety requirements.
• Programming/scheduling site work.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Liaising with customers and Projects/drawing office

Essential Criteria for the Fabricator / Welder:

• Ability to TIG weld. 
• Fabrication experience
• Good mechanical skills
• Read and understand 2d and 3d drawings.
• Basic understanding of Excel, Word and Outlook. 

Overtime for the Fabricator / Welder: 

• x1.5 after 6pm in the week
• x1.5 Saturday
• x2 Sundays
