Four Physio and Health is looking for a Women's Health Physiotherapist to join our growing team!
Four is a modern physiotherapy, health and wellness space which aims to provide effective and personalised healthcare services to enhance movement, wellbeing and performance. Our service offerings include general physiotherapy, pelvic and women's health, clinical reformer Pilates and running assessments.

Depending on previous level of training, mentoring and supervision in the field can be provided by our expert lead Women's Health Physio and co-director of Four. We are able to accomodate part-time or full time hours.

The role will involve:
- Women's health and pelvic health physiotherapy services including assessment, diagnosis and management of all pelvic health concerns. This includes prenatal and postnatal appointments, management of pelvic pain, prolapse and all bladder/bowel concerns.
- Longer appointment times to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients (60 minute initial consultations and 30 minute follow up consultations).
- Higher patient fees due to longer and more thorough appointment sessions, ensuring job satisfaction and maximised income without burnout.
- Potential to lead 1:1 and 1:4 clinical and reformer Pilates sessions (mentoring available if no prior experience).
Requirements:
- Degree of Physiotherapy preferably completed in Australia or New Zealand.
- A minimum of 4 years private practice experience.
- Post-graduate or APA women's/pelvic health training is preferred.
- Current APC and PNZ membership including professional indemnity insurance.
- Be an extremely competent practitioner with a holistic approach to assessments and manual therapy treatments.
- Completion of additional Pilates training will be highly regarded.
- There will be an existing caseload, however we encourage developing network opportunities with groups of interest as part of a new and growing clinic.
- Exceptional communication skills, self-motivated and passionate to work as part of a dedicated team.
- Ability to work independently as well as closely within a multidisciplinary team of clinicians.
- Willingness to learn and expand knowledge and clinical skills.
