Description:

Full-time OR Part-time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days per week in a NEWLY REFURBISHED & INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Norwich, Norfolk.
•    EXCELLENT PRIVATE POTENTIAL - £5-6K+ GROSS PER MONTH
•    £14 PER UDA
•    8 Associates, 3 Specialists, 5 Hygienists on-site & practicing Principal
•    MODERN, paperless surgeries - 13 Surgery practice
•    Fibre optic handpieces
•    Digital x-rays
•    Rotary endo
•    OPG
•    Experienced nursing team
•    Longstanding support team
•    FREE ON-SITE PARKING
•    CITY CENTRE LOCATION

- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
