Job description

The UK's leading real-estate business is looking for a Chief of Staff/Business Manager to join their senior leadership team, supporting the CEO and CFO.

You will be the eyes and ears for the CEO within the business, spotting opportunities to drive efficiencies and growth across the businesses' key strategic and operational priorities.

Key responsibilities:

• Streamlining operational processes to enhance efficiency across the business
• Conducting research analysis to inform strategic decision-making
• Communicating with a wide range of senior stakeholders
• Collaborating with the senior leadership team to project manage business plans

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• A 2.1 or higher from a top university
• A can-do attitude and bias for action
