Crown Mobility are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join their fast-paced corporate relocations/ mobility sales team.
Where you will be based
This role is hybrid working with requirement to go to the office, based in South Ruislip, as the business requires, as well as business travel across the UKI for client presentation.
*Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.Visa sponsorships will not be considered.
What is a Business Development Manager to us?
Reporting to the Director for Business Development for EMEA, you will be a key contributor to support our ambitious new client growth plans for the UKI market by building your own pipeline and close new business opportunities. The ideal candidate brings experience in selling software solutions (ideally from a consultative selling background) in support of the overall sales process, has previous experience in demonstrating tools during live pitches, e.g. during a RFP presentation. This role would suit an individual wishing to excel and succeed within the Global Mobility industry in a consultative sales environment.
What you will do
• Source and identify new corporate sales opportunities, based on our ideal client profile matrix • Develop a well-balanced pipeline of suitable business opportunities for the UKI market
• Establish a professional, working and consultative relationship with the prospects, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry
• Collaborate, prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, RFPs and other client facing presentations
• Management of own leads/prospects through CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)

About you…
Experience
• Relevant experience in consultative sales of SaaS solutions or from within the Global Mobility/Relocation or similar industries, e.g. travel, hospitality, HR Consultancy/Services etc.
• Excellent video conferencing manner and some experience of making initial virtual approach to prospect customers
• Experienced in the preparation of tenders/bids/proposals
