Job description
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will track and optimise a global digital marketing strategy to maximise reach, conversions, and engagement. You will lead on the global online strategy and brand online, ensuring integration with all offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, drive and manage a coherent integrated global digital marketing strategy, using the full mix of digital acquisition techniques - PPC / search, display / programmatics, affiliates / partners and social media channels (paid and organic).
- Manage the social media team to ensure marketing activities focusing on TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn and YouTube and others as appropriate build Human Appeal's online community, brand, engagement and income streams.
- Ensure the social media team manage each social media channel and that they are scheduled and filled with content marketing calendars in-line with organisation-wide campaigns.
- Devise, implement and monitor compliance of the organisational wide social media policy.
- Implement digital marketing channel strategies / plans including budgeting for PPC, display, programmatic, video marketing, social media and other paid campaigns, and support / manage our external agency on a day to day basis.
- Plan workload for campaigns, including the briefing of collateral required for all digital marketing. Create and build digital campaigns, managing online budgets accordingly, along with identifying online demographics to target.
- Analyse the success of campaigns, translating anecdotal or quantitative / qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the digital marketing and social media campaign activities. Monitor and optimise campaign progress regularly and produce reports during and after campaigns.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. Stay ahead of latest trends in the digital sector and make recommendations for new strategies on a regular basis.
- Develop key performance indicators across all online channels and report on a regular basis.
- Manage the overall budget for Digital Marketing, working closely with third-parties, agencies or consultants when required.
