Sales Administrator

Fabric Recruitment are pleased to be working with a very successful and growing organisation based in Markfield. Due to continual growth, they are seeking to appoint an experienced and passionate Sales Administrator to their expanding team.
Duties:
- Monitoring main sales inbox and distributing emails accordingly
- Answering telephone calls from Customers/Suppliers
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Inputting and updating internal customer database
- Supporting the internal sales department with any administrative duties
- Producing quotations and sales order processing
- Liaising and communicating information between internal departments and external parties
- Following up customer quotations
- Tracking customer order/deliveries
About you:
- It is essential that candidates have experience of working in a fast moving, time critical environment, and have a proven track record in a customer service focused role
- You will have excellent interpersonal skills and deliver effective interaction with all internal and external stakeholders
- You will have the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders and ensure best practice prevails
- Must demonstrate proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office especially Outlook
- Excellent communication skills / professional manner
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask essential
- Must be able to work flexible hours when required to meet customer demands
- Flexible can-do attitude
