Job description
Eden Scott are supporting a client based in the south side of Aberdeen seeking a Facilities Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis. The ideal candidate would be someone with previous experience working in a facilities management role and capable of working on IT admin based tasks. This role would be fully office based.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of office buildings, workshops, and other facilities at multiple sites.
- Serve as the primary contact for coordinating building repairs and maintenance, including obtaining quotations for new and ongoing works.
- Provide first-line IT support, addressing queries and managing IT systems, including liaising with third-party providers and ensuring compliance with licenses and service agreements.
- Generate reports and assess data using software such as NAV and Excel, supporting decision-making and operational needs.
- Assist in the procurement and management of IT equipment, as well as involvement in new IT projects as directed by management.
- Uphold health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, reporting any incidents or deficiencies promptly, and continuously improving services to meet evolving business requirements.
Applications Requirements:
- Experience in IT/Facilities administrative role desired.
- Confident working autonomously and picking up new skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with desire to continuously develop.
