Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs.
* Strong behavior management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
