What will I do?
- You will support the General Manager with the day to day running of hotel, leading a team across a multitude of departments, ensuring operations run smoothly.
- Drive standards and quality of service
- Lead your team, providing ongoing training, development and engagement
- Oversee the day-to-day commercial aspect of the hotel, driving revenue
Is this the role for me?
- Previous Operations Management experience or equivalent within a hotel setting, 4* as a minimum
- Proven food & beverage management background
- Strong people manager, leading from the front and by example
- Commercially driven
