HR Manager
12 Month FTC
£36,000 per annum

Are you a seasoned HR Manager, available to support our client with a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract position to cover maternity leave?
We are recruiting a seasoned HR Manager, who can deal with generalist HR across the business. You will ideally hold a CIPD Qualification coupled with experience in a Generalist HR position.
Your experience will ideally include:
- Managing and overseeing day to day operations as the main person of contact within HR
- Support line managers with HR processes including Employee Relations queries in relation to absence management, capability, disciplinaries and grievances
- Overseeing Recruitment and selection - managing the process from posting adverts, pre interviews, shortlisting and aftercare
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Data management ensuring accuracy on the internal system
- Supporting internal management with learning, development and training opportunities for employees
- General administration including - Supporting managers with HR Admin and weekly payroll admin
