Job description
We are looking to recruit a Mobile Cleaning Operative (on a permanent basis) to cover a portfolio of Residential sites in the Norwich area, for one of our largest Social Housing partners.
Professional Cleaning experience is essential, and you will need a Full UK Driving Licence (Company Vehicle is provided).
Mobile Cleaner - Core Responsibilities:
- Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
- Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
- Hovering of carpeted areas.
- Experience of using electrically powered scrubbing/polishing , carpet cleaning, Jet washing Window cleaning machines.
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
- Competently mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
- Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels
- Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks
- Clean communal kitchen areas
