Job title: Office Administrator
Reports to: Purchasing Manager
Location: Manchester M22 (Fully office based)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm, with a 60-minute lunch break.
Salary: Up to £25k + benefits

Focus of the role:
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager and working within the wider Business Operations team, the role’s key focus is to provide stock management and administrative support to the purchasing team.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Accepting deliveries of kit, receipting and asset tag management
- Stock Management
- Office management including facilitating office maintenance, managing post and welcoming guests
- Visiting our other offices from time-to-time to maintain company standard stock practices
- Any other stock management and administrative responsibilities as required by the team
- Purchasing of hardware, licenses, software and any other customer needs
- Ensuring Purchase Orders are correct prior to sending to suppliers
- Obtaining order tracking, licensing, and other information from 3rd parties
- Querying anomalous invoices with suppliers

Person, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a stock management role is an advantage, but not a pre-requisite.
- Full UK driving license
- Experience within the IT industry is a bonus, but not required
- Good skills with the Microsoft package; Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Self-starting with the ability to approach and resolve challenges
- Ability to learn new skills quickly including adopting new processes and technology
- Able to think on your feet and adapt to different situations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Possess great organisational and time management skills
- Team mentality
- Comfortable to move kit within the office space, using the appropriate kit provided
