Are you an ambitious and motivated Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive seeking a new opportunity? Join my clients reputable firm in Harrogate, where you'll play a vital role in handling a diverse caseload covering wills, administration of estates and trusts, and Powers of Attorney.
Key Requirements: - Experience: Ideally, you should have a minimum of 2 years PQE, including running your own caseload. Some Court of Protection experience would be advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, ensuring an outstanding client service.
- Qualification: STEP qualification is preferred but not essential. We are committed to supporting your development with comprehensive training and career prospects.
Role Overview: As a Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive in our team, you will:
- Independently handle fee-earning work, contributing to department profitability.
- Exceed client expectations by delivering consistently excellent legal services.
- Draft Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and manage Trust and Estate Administration using case management systems.
- Maintain existing client relationships and cultivate new connections with third-party referrers.
- Play a pivotal role in marketing our firm's services and contribute to department growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues for cross-referrals, ensuring seamless client service.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and relevant regulations in all activities.
